CCCC 357. Come la vita morale cristiana è legata alla fede e ai Sacramenti?

Ciò che il Simbolo della fede professa, i Sacramenti lo comunicano. Infatti, con essi i fedeli ricevono la grazia di Cristo e i doni dello Spirito Santo, che li rendono capaci di vivere la nuova vita di figli di Dio nel Cristo accolto con la fede.

Ce que professe le Symbole de la foi, les sacrements le communiquent. Par eux en effet, les fidèles reçoivent la grâce du Christ et les dons de l’Esprit Saint, qui les rendent capables de vivre la vie nouvelle de fils de Dieu dans le Christ accueilli avec la
foi.

What the symbol of faith professes, the sacraments communicate. Indeed, through them the faithful receive the grace of Christ and the gifts of the Holy Spirit which give them the capability of living a new life as children of God in Christ whom they have received in faith.
