CCCC 329. Come il presbitero esercita il proprio ministero?

Pur essendo ordinato per una missione universale, egli la esercita in una Chiesa particolare, in fraternità sacramentale con gli altri presbiteri che formano il «presbiterio» e che, in comunione con il Vescovo e in dipendenza da lui, portano la responsabilità della Chiesa particolare.

Bien qu’ordonné pour une mission universelle, il l’exerce dans une Église particulière, lié par une fraternité sacerdotale avec les autres prêtres, formant ensemble le « presbytérium » qui, en communion avec l’Évêque et sous sa dépendance, porte la responsabilité de l’Église particulière.

CCCC 329. How does a priest carry out his proper ministry?
CCC 1568
A priest, although ordained for a universal mission, exercises his ministry in a particular Church. This ministry is pursued in sacramental brotherhood with other priests who form the “presbyterate”. In communion with the bishop, and depending upon him, they bear responsibility for the particular Church.
